Testimonials
Hey, I’m Noem
The creative ally for organizations guiding meaningful change.
My name is Noemely Alcantara, and I've been working as a marketing and brand designer for nearly a decade.
Through both in-house and freelance roles, I've learned how to seamlessly plug into teams, adapt to evolving priorities, and support projects from concept to completion. Over the years, I've worked with organizations of many sizes, from small nonprofits to a multibillion-dollar corporation, but one thing has remained consistent: thoughtful communication matters.
I also understand the realities nonprofit communications teams face every day. Limited capacity, shifting priorities, tight timelines, and lean teams wearing multiple hats.
That's why I created Studio Tara: to provide reliable, ongoing creative support for organizations doing meaningful work.
The Process
Step One
We'll start with a conversation about your team, your goals, and your communication needs. If we're a good fit, we'll determine the level of support that best matches your workload and recommend a partnership plan that fits your team.
Step Two
I'll onboard your team into a simple project request system and provide clear guidelines for submitting work, keeping everything organized and easy to manage.
Step Three
From there, we're off and running. Submit requests as needed, and I'll provide ongoing design support to help your communications stay clear, consistent, and moving forward.

FAQ
-
Let’s begin by connecting as humans. In a short conversation, we’ll explore what you’re building, what you need, and whether we’re aligned to move forward together.
-
My work is offered through a monthly retainer, with pricing based on the level of ongoing support your team needs. Together, we'll determine the best-fit package based on your priorities and communication goals. After the first month, we'll review the partnership and adjust the level of support if needed to ensure it remains the right fit.
-
There’s a 3-month minimum commitment for ongoing graphic design support.
-
Turnaround times depend on the size and scope of the request. Small projects typically require at least 48 hours, which allows for thoughtful planning and quality work. I can occasionally accommodate 24-hour turnarounds for very small requests, but this isn’t the norm. Larger projects require more time, and timelines are always discussed in advance so the work never feels rushed or reactive.
