My work is offered through a monthly retainer, with pricing based on the level of ongoing support your team needs. We determine the scope together upfront, and the monthly fee reflects that agreed level of support, not tracked or reported hours.

There’s a 3-month minimum commitment for ongoing graphic design support.

Turnaround times depend on the size and scope of the request. Small projects typically require at least 48 hours, which allows for thoughtful planning and quality work. I can occasionally accommodate 24-hour turnarounds for very small requests, but this isn’t the norm. Larger projects require more time, and timelines are always discussed in advance so the work never feels rushed or reactive.

This is for organizations that:

• Always have design needs but not enough time or capacity to manage them

• Want to partner with a seasoned creative who can work independently and keeps projects on track

• Need a trusted design partner to help their communications team move work forward smoothly

This might not be for you if:

• You’re looking for small, one-off design projects

• Your needs would be better served by a full-time, in-house role

• You regularly need same-day turnarounds

• You need someone in office. I am 100% remote but I love to meet my clients in person so a visit to your office is possible!
